Sadhana on Sundays - with Norah Nelson

Srivatsa Ramaswami is the longest standing student of the legendary Sri T. Krishnamacharya, outside of the teacher's immediate family. In his book, The Complete Book of Vinyasa, he details the entire range of vinyasas (numbering about 700) in eleven classical sequences. These workshops follow his teachings, offering yoga students a method or means of accomplishing the goal of yoga. This is Sadhana.
