Yoga practice was designed to cultivate independent health through all phases of life, promote longevity and cultivate mental peace and emotional balance. A condition of integrated health and vitality was thought to be a support for the normal activities of life and also a foundation for personal Spiritual research through meditation which is proposed by various schools of Yoga.Through practice with supporting theory we will explore the tools that Yoga has to offer and how these can be applied in our daily life to develop the integrated state of health that Yoga aims for.
