Each session will include time for discussion and Yoga practice, finishing up with a Yoga nidra each evening. 

This is an intensive course deigned to help you to understand how you respond to stress, why you may find it difficult to sleep and to give you the tools to create a healthier happier routine, promoting your own wellness.
The sessions will draw upon tools from Ayurveda and Yoga and will include, holistic self assessment, daily routine information, text message contact daily, recipes, Ayurvedic herbs, oil for self massage, Yoga routine handout, Ayurveda routine handout. You will also be able to receive 25% discount on Ayurvedic massage treatments for the duration of the course.
