These Hatha Yoga asana classes will incorporate the theme of treating ourselves with kindness in how we approach each movement and every breath. Can we really embody non striving? What does self-compassion in action actually look like?

The classes are open to all levels of experience and ability. As well as asana there will also be guided meditation lying down which allows for release of deeply held tension.
