Holistic Yoga 7   TUESDAY 5th MAY 2020This class is a little different and focuses initially on the chanting of the mantra 'Om' - and then leads into simple warming up exercises and then a complete set of standing breath based 'kriya' exercises. The class concludes with guided relaxation.
