Gentle Yoga is founded on the principle of 'ahimsa' - non-harming. These classes teach physical yoga in an accessible format which is suitable for complete beginners, those with mobility issues, or injuries and the over 65's. In these classes there will be a gentle warm-up, inlcuding some joint movement exercises, some gentle stretching, balancing, breathing and deep relaxation. Gentle Yoga classes are taught by Alice, an experienced yoga teacher and therapist who believes that yoga is something which should be available everybody.
Gentle yoga classes take place at the studio on:
Tuesdays:10:00 - 11:30am
£8 drop-in or £35 for five classes (valid 2 months)
