‘Ashtanga Yoga’ is a dynamic and physically challenging practice that synchronizes breath, movement & gaze point to develop concentration. In ashtanga yoga set sequences of postures are linked together through movement and breath in a technique known as 'Vinyasa.' Postures are ordered intelligently so that the body progressively moves through a complete range of movement. Ashtanga is a highly invigorating practice and is incredibly effective for building strength, confidence, self discipline & mental clarity.
